AGES of patients: Birth through 22 years of age

Service Length Fee
Initial evaluation
1 hour
Individual therapy
55 Minutes
Medication visit
30 minutes
Psychiatry therapy
60 minutes

These fees reflect the amount of time your child and you actually get to see the doctor. Sadly, most adult & child psychiatrists only see patients for brief medication visits (~10 minutes). We have chosen to establish longer periods of time for patients to review concerns in detail.

See the FEES & INSURANCE page for more information on payment.

Appointments: Appointments are made by calling our office at (330) 433-1300.

HOURS: We are open at the following hours

Wednesdays 9 am to 5 pm
Thursdays 9 am to 5 pm
Fridays 9 am to 5 pm

HOLIDAYS: We are open most holidays except:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
July 4
Labor Day

SNOW DAYS: If the office is closed for a snow day we will leave a message on the main voice mail greeting at (330) 433-1300. Please do not assume the office is closed.

PRESCRIPTIONS: Due to an increase in telephone prescription requests, all prescriptions will be written at the time of your appointment only. No prescriptions requests will be done over the phone. This is for your child's safety and to allow for more time to service our clientele.

Communication: All communication (except in an emergency) is done via email. For this reason all patients should have access to email. Hopefully this will be through a home email, but if the family does not have internet service, community libraries usually provide free internet access. All of the services below provide reliable free email; just click on one of the images to get to their service:

Cancellations: If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 business hours before that time so that another family who is waiting can be seen at that time. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 business hours, then you are responsible for payment in full for that appointment. (Thus to cancel an appointment for Monday, that appointment must be cancelled by Friday morning.) To cancel an appointment, you must phone (330) 433-1300 and leave a message with reception.
