Sylvester Huston III, MSW, LSW

Licensed Social Worker, Master’s Level

As a Master’s level, licensed social worker, my goal is to help my clients enjoy all aspects of their lives. I have years of experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of problems/concerns. I have experience and can provide assistance with depression, anxiety, and life issues impacting mood and daily functioning. I specialize in helping individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD), attention deficit disorder (ADD), substance use, and behavioral concerns.

Whether you’re looking for services for you, your child, or both (with family therapy), I take a positive, holistic approach and meet the client where they are at in the moment while exploring influential factors on thinking, feelings, and behaviors. I encourage growth and change by emphasizing the client’s strengths, exploring resiliency within my clients and use of motivational skills. With youth, I like to use art and play therapy interventions to engage children in therapy.

Sylvester is supervised by Gail Weisend LISW-S.
