Jess is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a master’s degree, dedicated to providing compassionate care to clients ranging from teenagers to older adults. She utilizes a client-centered approach, believing that everyone is capable of change and can achieve a life of wellness. Her therapeutic style combines empathy with a touch of humor, creating a relaxed and engaging environment for clients.

Jess began her career in the mental health field in 2019 after moving from Albany, NY, to Ohio while pursuing her master’s degree. She has a strong passion for working with individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and frequently incorporates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her practice.

When she’s not at work, Jess enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, or visiting her favorite parks. A talented musician, she plays both acoustic and electric guitar and has always dreamed of being part of a band.
